Holidays in Lansing

As a local Lansing moving company, we cherish the holiday season in Michigan just as much as you do. It's always an exciting time of year when the first flakes of snow hit the ground, families gather together to celebrate the holidays, and to spend cherished time with one another. So many great traditions from years past like decorating the tree or baking cookies. One local tradition Lansing movers and residents alike have come to look forward to each year, is Silver Bells! Each December, a parade is held in the Lansing city square with floats, carolers, hot cocoa and plenty of holiday spirit. At the end of the parade, there is a fireworks show, and the big tree in front of the Capitol Building is lit up. It's a special time for many families and friends to enjoy, and puts the whole town in the holiday spirit.
